  • CERTIFICATION POLICY
    QUALITY COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION INDIA LLP (QCCI) provides certification services to organizations, firms or companies (each a “Client”)

    QCCI provide its services directly or, in its absolute discretion, through (a) its own employees, (b) any QCCI affiliated company or (c) any other person or organization, as may be entrusted by QCCI. Where part of the work is subcontracted to others, QCCI retains full responsibility for granting certification, maintaining certification, expanding or reducing the scope of certification, renewing, suspending or restoring, or withdrawing of certification and for ensuring that properly documented agreements are in place.

    The Certification Body will notify its clients of any changes the requirements for certification within a reasonable timeframe period.

    The Client agrees to supply willing fully all the necessary information to QCCI as required from time to time to fulfil requirements of certification.

QUALITY COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION INDIA LLP (QCCI) understands importance of confidentiality and Impartiality in carrying out its management systems certification activities.

Top Management of QCCI will commit to the safeguard and protection of impartiality and conflicts of interest within our management system certification activities.

QCCI will periodically request members that are respected within the quality management system community to conduct independent impartiality assessments within our operational activities.

QCCI Documentation Procedure also defines corrective and preventive actions to protect Conflicts of Interest/impartiality register incorporating potential and perceived is held to keep records and appropriate actions to be taken in such cases as it is essential that our activities remain impartial to ensure integrity of our certification body activities.
